I have been working as an English teacher at Just School for almost 8 months now. I am very satisfied with the school atmosphere and my colleagues. Even during times of significant power outages, there is always support for teachers that helps resolve any issues or questions in a timely manner.
During outages, the school provides alternative ways of earning, such as "auto-replacement". And this is something that pleases me as a teacher. I recommend this school to all my friends who are planning to learn English.

As an English teacher who previously worked as a tutor, I can say that this school offers an opportunity to earn even during difficult times, like during the war in the country. As a tutor, I had to find clients on my own, and often they just disappeared or didn’t show up for lessons, which wasted my time. Now, JustSchool finds students for me, schedules lessons, and handles organizational matters. I don’t even spend time preparing materials because they are already available on the platform (they seem to be created by methodologists; I can’t verify it, but they are quite interesting). I’ve been working for over a year, and I’m happy with it. Moreover, there’s a bonus system, so I get more for lessons with students who have been with me for a long time!

I’ve been working in the company for about 10 months in the Development Department. It’s a relatively young, promising Ukrainian company with a truly warm and friendly atmosphere in the team. Even work meetings are casual and positive.

Comfortable working conditions, relatively flexible work hours. There’s vacation and sick leave, always timely payments, no overtime, and strict deadlines.
